1. CONTRACT AND DISPATCH POLICY

A Contract between the customer and “Art To House Ltd'' for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. Payment will only be taken on dispatch of product. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights. Art To House Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order at any time providing no payment has been taken. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

All artwork is not for resale or commercial use.  

Please email info@arttohouse.com if you are interested in selling any work on this site work.  Artworks may not be reproduced in any way.

2. PRICES

The price shown for the goods does not include postage and packing.

3. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the goods or have changed your mind you have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the later), return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. Please send an e-mail to us at info@arttohouse.com before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.

We hope you won’t be dissatisfied with your artwork, but should the occasion arise please send returns to:

We advise that you return goods in their original packaging and state, using a recorded method of delivery and obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from The Post Office or your carrier. 

This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Art To House Ltd will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us, and you will be charged for any lost items.
Please note we will only refund the postage and packaging charge for returns if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after receipt. You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has taken place but it may take a few days to show on your bank statement.

Any damaged goods must be notified to Art To House at info@arttohouse.com within 2 days of receipt. We ask that you return the goods to us straight away and upon receipt of the goods, we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or refunded. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the faulty or damaged goods and we will pay the cost of delivering any replacement to you.

4. COLOURS
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with GDPR 2018.

6. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

7. JURISDICTION
Use of this site means you agree to the terms and conditions of use of this website, which constitutes a contract governed by English Law. By placing an order with Art To House Ltd you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

8. CONSUMER RIGHTS
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
